Originally established as Nightingale Nursing in Australia in 1996, Bower YNA is now the NSW Division of the national YNA Group. A Sydney based nursing and community in-home support recruitment agency, we provide specialist recruitment services within the health care and community sectors, throughout the Sydney metro area and further afield within NSW.   

An ISO quality endorsed, 100% Australian owned and operated business, Bower YNA’s management and consulting staff are all nurses or community workers themselves, having worked in the field as agency nurses or personal care staff during their careers.

Our nursing recruitment agency division places Registered Nurses (general and specialist nurses), Mental Health Nurses, Midwives, Endorsed Enrolled Nurses, Undergraduate Student Nurses (as Assistants in Nursing – AIN’s) and Orderlies (Wardspersons) into public and private hospitals and facilities.
