"It has been a few weeks now since we have had the pleasure of engaging your services to help us with Mum and I thought it might be timely to provide our feedback.

In short, Tram, Janita and Duodie have all been absolutely amazing.  Mum has not wanted to be left alone since she entered palliative care, which is entirely a function of her circumstances as she has always been fiercely independent.  My sisters had put their all in to ensuring Mum was not alone day or night, which invariably took its toll.  It was by necessity, but not without trepidation, that we decided to get external help.  From the first moment Tram stepped into Mum’s room, any anxieties were allayed.  All three nurses have displayed wonderful compassion and competence.  We have only ever felt that Mum is in caring hands which has been a huge relief at a difficult time.
